We strive to provide standard, safe and reliable cross-border shipping services, ensuring all pet products are professionally packaged and delivered in proper condition to customers worldwide.

1. Order Processing Time

All valid and confirmed pet product orders will be processed, inspected and packaged within 1 to 3 business days. Order processing is paused during weekends and Hong Kong public holidays, which are not counted as working days.

Processing schedules may be postponed during high-traffic periods such as seasonal promotions and bulk order inflows. In case of noticeable processing delays, our team will send official email notifications to customers to update the latest order status promptly.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all orders are calculated according to product dimensions, weight and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be finalised and displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.

The estimated delivery timeframe for all standard pet product shipments is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery speed is subject to real-time logistics and cross-border transportation conditions.

Delivery estimates are for reference only. Delays may occur due to logistics carrier operations, customs clearance progress, adverse weather, regional logistical restrictions or official holidays, which are beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is successfully dispatched from our local warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and logistics inquiry access.

Tracking information will not be instantly available upon shipment. The logistics system usually synchronizes delivery data within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier picks up the package. You may check updated transit status after the system refresh is completed.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are required to submit a precise and complete shipping address, valid contact number and accurate recipient information when placing orders. Please verify all details carefully before checkout to prevent delivery anomalies.

FONG CHING SIK shall not be held responsible for misdelivery, delivery failure or package returns caused by inaccurate, incomplete or invalid customer-provided addresses. Any additional shipping fees incurred from re-delivery due to address errors will be borne by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is unaccounted for or confirmed lost during transit, please reach out to our customer service team via email within 7 days following the scheduled delivery date. We will collaborate with the logistics provider to launch a formal investigation.

Pet products may sustain damage during long-distance transit due to compression, impact or rough handling. If you receive broken, scratched or defective items, please submit clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged products within 24 hours after receiving your order. Our team will assess the issue and resolve it in a timely manner.

6. Product Care and Usage Notice

Each pet product sold in our store comes with dedicated usage guidelines, cleaning tips and daily maintenance instructions. All products should be used, cleaned and stored in accordance with official specifications to ensure pet safety and product durability.

We do not assume liability for product deterioration, damage or functional failure caused by improper use, incorrect cleaning methods, unauthorized modification or failure to follow official product care standards.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

Cross-border shipments may be subject to local customs regulations, import taxation and inspection rules of the destination country. Various import fees, duties and customs charges may be levied during customs clearance.

All customs-related expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges paid at checkout. We are not liable for package detention, return or disposal resulting from non-compliance with local import policies or unpaid customs fees.
